Our Sales staff is exceptional in their positions. They have decades of combined experience in customer service. Our IT department has developed numerous programs to better aid the Sales team in helping our customers. They are trained in Regulation / Directive Conformance (RoHS, DFARS, REACH & WEEE) and can answer any questions that a customer may have. They handle their clients well and care about how they are treated, from the first call to the delivery. Most importantly, they are friendly and easy to deal with.

Jim started with Lyn-Tron over 17 years ago. He moved with the company when it left California to come to Spokane 15 years ago. He possesses a solid work ethic and will work to help move your order through production as expeditiously as possible.  Cindie Smith Account Executive / RMA Specialist |
Cindie has been with Lyn-Tron for 15 years. She started in accounting and then transferred to Sales. Cindie is a natural in sales and has a very easy going and vivacious personality. She has a friendly demeanor that can put customers at ease when calling on their quotes or orders. Cindie is our sales/bookkeeping specialist. Along with her normal sales and customer service duties, she is the person who processes RMA's and enters new customers in the database. Contact Information

Margo has been with Lyn-Tron for over 15 years. She started in Shipping & Inventory and soon after was promoted to Sales. Margo has been trained in Accounting and as such, is meticulous and very detail oriented. The saying in the Sales department is that Margo only will make an error one time. Jolene has been with the company 5 years. She started in Shipping & Inventory and was soon promoted to the Sales department. Prior to working with Lyn-Tron, she has worked in customer service for over a decade. Jolene also assists the Marketing department with print jobs found in our in house print studio. She is our Internet Specialist. Jolene can answer any question you may have about navigating our web site to make your job easier.

Angie has been with Lyn-Tron for 3 years. Before she came to Lyn-Tron, she worked for 20 years in customer service and sales for another manufacturing company in Phoenix. Angie is our international specialist. She works closely with our overseas customers. She is also fluent in Spanish and this has helped Lyn-tron with our South American customers.
