Lyn-Tron's precision shoulder screws are very similar in nature to the captive panel screw except for a couple of physical dimensions.
The shoulder diameter is increased in size to provide a better durability when appliend to a board or panel. The socket/socket insert at the top of the head allows the
user to use either a screw driver or a socket adapter to apply additional torq when seating.
