General Terms & Conditions of Sale
All purchase orders are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale as detailed below:

Quotations | Prices quoted are valid for 30 days. Clerical or typographical errors are subject to correction by Lyn-Tron after notification to the customer. Written confirmation of telephone quotations will be forwarded upon request. |
Minimum Order | $40.00 per line item for authorized distributors. $75.00 per line item for OEMs. |
Terms | Net 30 days OAC. |
Credit | Dun and Bradstreet rating or name and address of customer’s bank and three current commercial references must accompany initial purchase order. |
Shipping Point | Spokane, Washington INCO terms: Ex Works. |
Shipments | Lyn-Tron’s responsibility ends with customer inspection and acceptance of the shipment, or 10 days after customer receives the shipment. Whichever is sooner. All orders will be shipped within 90 days after receipt of purchase order, unless prior schedules are authorized by Lyn-Tron at the time of order placement. Lyn-Tron will accept scheduled shipments for up to 6 months from the date of order placement. After this period, parts will be shipped to the customer and all monies are due. |
Return of Material (RMA) | No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Lyn-Tron. All requests for return must be in writing, listing our invoice number(s) and dates, description of products or Lyn-Tron part number(s), exact quantities, and reason for return. All returns will be subject to incoming inspection and acceptance, and must be shipped prepaid. A Lyn-Tron Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. Parts shipped over one year prior are not subject to return. Some parts may not be returned due to shelf life limitations of a particular finish (i.e. solder, tin, etc.). |
Cancellations | Customer will assume all responsibility and make payment for all work in process and complete at the time of notification of cancellation. |
Specifications | Lyn-Tron reserves the right to revise the specifications and tolerances for products in this Reference Handbook without prior notice, provided that such revisions do not affect the function of the products for the same application. |
Products | In addition to the products shown in this Reference Handbook, Lyn-Tron can supply other configurations, sizes and tolerances to customer drawings or specification. |
Warranties | Lyn-Tron shall warrant that all of its products are manufactured to its drawings and specifications in effect at the time of sale. Lyn-Tron shall not warrant the merchantability of its products, nor shall Lyn-Tron warrant the fitness or performance of its products for any particular purposes. Maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of parts. Lyn-Tron does not accept consequential damages. |
Force Majeure | Lyn-Tron shall not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligation under this agreement when such failure is caused by the occurrence of any contingency beyond the reasonable control of such party, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, strikes, accident, war, riot, insurrection, acts of God, orders of governmental agencies, or failure, or delay of transportation. If any such contingency occurs, Lyn-Tron may allocate production and deliveries among its customers as Lyn-Tron sees fit. |
Miscellaneous | The rights and obligations of all parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. All disputes shall be adjudicated in the state of Washington. These General Terms shall take precedence over all others. A purchase order shall deem acceptance of these terms. All wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event the buyer defaults in the performance of these terms and condition of sale, buyer shall be liable to seller for all losses, costs and expenses incurred by the seller by reason of the default including, without limitation, seller’s reasonable attorney, court and collection fees, whether or not suit or action is instituted. |
